A Uniquely Collaborative Environment
Blado Kiger, P.S. — Tacoma, Washington
At Blado Kiger, P.S., we have a unique approach to the practice of law: our attorneys exchange information, ideas, and strategies relative to the needs of every client's case, discussing, sharing, and evaluating the merits of each solution. The client works with one primary attorney yet benefits from the knowledge and experience of all lawyers in our practice.
If you would like to speak with an attorney from the firm, or have any other questions about our practice, please contact our office to make arrangements for a consultation.
What We Do
For more than 30 years, attorneys at Blado Kiger have assisted business and individual clients in Washington State with transactions and disputes in a wide range of legal practice areas. Today, we apply our experience, knowledge and resources to problems involving residential and commercial real estate, business, construction law, wills and probate, personal injury, employment law, and family law and divorce, as well as to litigation and appeals in all of these areas.
Lawyers at our firm handle each matter individually or collaboratively, tailoring the level of representation to the scope of the issues involved. They are well respected in the state and federal courts of Washington as litigators and in the community as honest, experienced and skilled counselors.
A Straightforward Approach
Although some legal problems can demand complex solutions or need to be resolved through the courts, it is always our goal to find the simplest solution to a legal dispute. For this reason, we work together with our clients and opposing counsel to avoid the disruptions and expense of litigation wherever possible. Our firm's President, Jon Blado, is a member of the Pierce County Superior Court Panel of Arbitrators. Mr. Blado has also provided mediation services for local attorneys and is prepared to serve as counsel to parties in mediation or arbitration.
