Attorney Nicole M. Bolan, associate, has been with the firm since 2004:

Education: Ms. Bolan received her Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2004. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, in 2001.

Practice: Nicole practices in the areas of business and commercial law, construction law, contracts, family law, employment law, real estate law, wills and estate planning, landlord/tenant law, litigation, and appeals. She is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Washington and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.

Professional Memberships: Nicole is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Young Lawyer sections of the Washington State Bar Association and Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Associations, a member the Family Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and a member of the Collaborative Law Professionals of Pierce County.
